IGBT Induction heating power supply inverter side control technology characteristics

Inverter main circuit parameters are of the optimization design, rational circuit design, high reliability, power device layout is compact, be easy in maintenance of the equipment.
The inverter control circuit uses a high - speed intelligent programmable devices - CPLD to achieve fixed – angle and phase-locked control. CPLD real-time detects the converter state of IGBT, calculate the optimal control angle point via fixed-angle and phase-locking, and adjust the parallel resonant inverter’s phase-locked frequency and phase output to ensure that the inverter has been working in the best capacitive quasi-resonant state.
Digital control circuit with CPLD is with higher integration, better stability. Compared with the other analog phase-locked circuit, digital control technology can solve the analog circuit’s disadvantages like Parameter matching difficulties/Temperature drift/Un-flexible in control. CPLD gate delay is only 5ns , it can be accurate in fast controlling the inverter pulse. The inverter voltage of IGBT heating power supply with Fixed-angle control can be stabilized at a relative minimum value. The power of security is improved.
Start-oscillation type: frequency sweep
When IGBT solid-state heating power supply start to work, the control circuit output separate-excitation pulse signals with changing frequency from high to low to trigger inverter IGBT. When the tank circuit signal is set up, automatically smoothly excess to self-excited state. Sweep frequency&Phase locking control circuit has a 100% start – up success ratio. The start process has no attach to elements, improve the performance of the frequent starting of the IGBT solid-state heating power supply.
Adopt plate structure to put the control power supply and control circuits in a plate, this greatly simplifies the external line, reducing the point of failure, improved anti-jamming capability of the small signal control circuitry.
With frequency display and fault display, frequency display accuracy can be controlled within ± 5Hz , which greatly facilitates commissioning and maintenance.
IGBT drive signals use advanced opto-isolation technology, the driving signal transmission has no attenuation, greatly ensure the consistency of the driving signal.
IGBT driver board device has function of over current, IGBT fault detection, pulse detection, load detection, to ensure the safety of the equipment.
