1. Introduction Semi-automatic Tube Cutting Machine
The most outstanding character of this semi-automatic tube cutting machine is that cutting head rotates within the range of 0-90°. Plus with self rotation on it axis of the tube, cross file of the products can be rectangle, rhomboid, rhombus and trapezoid. Self rotation of tubes are driven by servo motor.
2. Features
1) Using CNC technology and touch screen, easy operation and less maintenance are achieved.
2) Stable performance, high accuracy, high efficiency and high capacity.
3) Input material would be as long as 5mm-5000mm,Profile of the cut piece can be input into the PLC control. Machine will arrange cutting sequence itself.
4) Cutting head adopts multi groups gear reducers to ensure a stable and low energy cost producing. Cooling oil sprays on the blade and work piece and the cooling oil is recyclable.
5) Mechnical and structure adopts CNC self lubrication system to prolong service life time and reduce maintenance.
6) Special designed clamps to ensure a tight clamping while being cut without damage to the work piece.
7) There are electronic blade protection device and electronic meter counter. Values show on the touch screen.
8) Scraps and other waste liquid are gathered to be treated. The waste treatment is fast and efficiency.
