Following is specification of automatic feeding of input table. Output table has the same principle and mechanical structure.
1. List a bundle of tubes onto easel table. Tubes are scattered on the table.
2. Piston starches out, driving connecting rod to rotate switch plate to vertical direction.
3. It’s above the easel when switch plate at vertical direction, then one tube get raised over the easel. Due to the slop on the switch plate, tube falls onto the lowest position of the switch plate.
4. Piston retreats back, the switch plate rotates back to horizontal direction, switch plate gets lower, and tube lay onto input table.
5. Tube gets transferred towards saw direction by motorized rollers or clamp.
