Products Description
This bottle cleaning machine is suitable for cleaning the interior of glass bottles and is widely used in cleaning bottles for spirits, beverages, glass bottled mineral water, etc. The machine can be applied to various bottle types by replacing the bottle holders. In addition, it adopts multiple rinsing and long-time draining with bottle inversion, making the bottle cleaning more thorough. This machine can be used in conjunction with a recycling bottle label-removing cleaning machine at the front end, and after cleaning, it can be matched with a filling production line. According to your cleaning needs, you can adjust the output to different levels or add a disinfection part.

This machine adopts a PLC + button operation mode, which is easy to operate. Figure 2 shows the running direction of the machine. With a long-chain operation, it can be set to multiple cleaning modes, and the inversion draining time of the bottles is increased after cleaning, ensuring the cleanliness of the bottles.
As shown in the figure, by customizing bottle holders, this machine can be applied to glass bottles of different shapes and sizes. Moreover, the bottle holders adopt a quick disassembly and assembly mode, which is convenient to use. In addition, all water outlet nozzles are made of pure copper, featuring corrosion resistance and long durability.
