Products Description
This automatic liquid filling machine is controlled by a servo motor and is suitable for filling foamy liquids such as rice wine, red wine, fruit juice, beverages, etc. During the filling process, the filling head will first descend to block the bottle mouth, forming a low-vacuum negative pressure state, and then the filling will be carried out. In the filling process, the nozzles will move along with the bottles and complete the material filling while moving. Thanks to the low-vacuum filling, the filling liquid level will be highly consistent. Moreover, as the conveyor line runs continuously, its filling speed is relatively fast. In addition, each filling nozzle is connected to a vacuum suction pipeline to ensure the consistency of the filling liquid level.

1. This machine adopts optical fiber to track bottles, enabling high-speed and efficient filling with an uninterrupted production process.
2. It is suitable for filling foamy liquids such as fruit juice, beverages, and red wine, as well as spirits like whiskey and vodka.
3. It operates fully automatically. Bottle feeding, positioning, filling, and bottle discharging are all automatically
controlled by PLC, and the entire process complies with GMP standards.
4. According to the characteristics of different products, various filling methods such as piston type, rotor pump, flow meter, and solenoid valve can be provided.
5. For bottles of different heights and capacities, especially irregularly shaped ones, debugging can be completed in only 3-5 minutes.
Touchscreen Control Panel: The electric control box is equipped with an intuitive touchscreen interface, featuring simple operation, which allows for convenient, quick and precise adjustment of filling volume and filling speed. Moreover, it integrates real-time monitoring function of the filling process, ensuring easy operation and efficient troubleshooting.
Tracking Module：This module is the core of synchronous filling capability. It can seamlessly coordinate the movement of filling nozzles and the conveyor line, enabling the nozzles to accurately follow the bottles (including special-shaped bottles) during the filling process. This synchronous movement, combined with the continuous operation of the conveyor line, eliminates production bottlenecks and maximizes output.
