Products Description
This automatic liquid filling machine, controlled by a servo motor, is suitable for filling viscous liquids such as edible oils, mechanical oils, shampoos, hand sanitizers, etc. During the filling process, the filling nozzles will move along with the bottles and fill the materials while moving. Since the conveyor line keeps running, it has a relatively fast filling speed. In addition, each filling nozzle is connected to an independent servo-controlled pump, so the filling accuracy is high.
1. This machine adopts optical fiber to track bottles, enabling high-speed and efficient filling with an uninterrupted production process.
2. It is suitable for filling viscous liquids such as edible oil, engine oil, shampoo, shower gel, and hand sanitizer.
3. It operates fully automatically. Bottle feeding, positioning, filling, and bottle discharging are all automatically controlled by PLC, and the entire process complies with GMP standards.
4. According to the characteristics of different products, various filling methods such as piston type, rotor pump, flow meter, and solenoid valve can be provided.
5. For bottles of different heights and capacities, especially irregularly shaped bottles, debugging can be completed in only 3-5 minutes.

The nozzles of this tracking filling machine will move along with the bottles during the filling process and complete the liquid filling while moving. During this process, the conveyor line keeps running, which ensures the speed of bottle feeding and filling, thereby increasing the output. Moreover, you can customize multiple filling nozzles according to your output requirements.

Touchscreen Control Panel: The electric control box is equipped with an intuitive touchscreen interface, featuring simple operation, which allows for convenient, quick and precise adjustment of filling volume and filling speed. Moreover, it integrates real-time monitoring function of the filling process, ensuring easy operation and efficient troubleshooting.
Tracking Module：This module is the core of synchronous filling capability. It can seamlessly coordinate the movement of filling nozzles and the conveyor line, enabling the nozzles to accurately follow the bottles (including special-shaped bottles) during the filling process. This synchronous movement, combined with the continuous operation of the conveyor line, eliminates production bottlenecks and maximizes output.
