T-Type Stopper Capping Machine

Corking head
The T-type stopper capping process consists of two steps: capping and compaction. When the bottle reaches below the stopper, the bottle mouth clamp holds the bottle tightly. The stopper is pressed into the bottle mouth by the cylinder and pressure head. After that, the bottle moves to the compaction section, where another cylinder and pressure head press the stopper more tightly, effectively preventing leakage.
Corks sorting hopper
Vibratory T-type stopper organizer: it arranges disordered stoppers in a uniform direction through vibration. Then the stoppers slide down along the cage track to the capping part of the machine. This machine is equipped with an automatic detection device. When the stoppers are used up to the set position, the machine will automatically start to organize a sufficient number of stoppers.
