Outside Brushing Machine
Automatic barrel outside brushing machine specially work with 5 Gallon barreled water producing line. It is used for reducing the settling caused by the mineral water itself and some algae substances in the process of mineral water producing. The 360° rotary brushing will clean more thoroughly The machine is made of excellent stainless steel with the advantage of easily-rinsing and corruption-resistance.
Bottle Inside Washing
1. Barrles automatically unloads and out load. 2. SUS304 Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal bottle crash during washing 3.The barrles could washing via recycling water washing,pure water washing.The washing tanks and pipes are all SUS304.
Filling Part
1. SUS304 filling nozzle can insert into bottle inside to fill.
2. The nozzles with big diameter to make sure fast filling. 3. Liquid level difference is controlled in 1cm.
Capping part
1.The Machine is could equipped with Cap Sterilization system, which is 1.2m. The system make products more clean and safe by using sterilization. 2. The machine self with vibration bowl to sorting caps automatically. And caps elevator could delveiry caps into the bowl,more save labor cost.
