The PLC + touch screen operation panel， enables intuitive parameter setting, real-time process monitoring, and convenient online service access for efficient, accurate, and user-friendly filling operations.
Our semi-automatic gravity flow filling machine adopts manual container positioning—simply place containers (bottles, cans, barrels) on the adjustable platform, align with nozzles, and trigger filling via button/foot pedal—supporting 30-150mm container diameters, 80-300mm heights, and ensuring ≤±0.5% filling accuracy for small-to-medium batch production.
Adopts atmospheric pressure gravity filling principle, with no need for high-pressure pumping. The liquid flows into the container smoothly by its own weight, which is especially suitable for heat-sensitive and foam-prone liquids, effectively reducing foam generation and material oxidation.
The filling nozzles are equipped with anti-drip and anti-splash devices. After filling, the residual liquid on the nozzle is automatically scraped and recycled, avoiding material waste and equipment pollution.
