The automatic rotary negative pressure filling machine is specially designed for efficient liquid filling. It adopts a rotary structure and the negative pressure principle to ensure precise filling of various liquids such as fruit juice, wine, beverages and spirits. Suitable for glass bottles and rigid plastic bottles, it operates stably with an output of 2000-8000 BPH. Integrating filling functions, the machine features reliable performance and simple operation, complies with food-grade standards, and is an ideal choice for filling non-viscous liquids like beverages and spirits.

From the machine details, you can see that the entire machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel. It is equipped with customized filling valves, which are applicable to different bottles. The liquid is filled in an umbrella shape, which can effectively prevent foaming. Moreover, low-vacuum filling is adopted to ensure consistent liquid levels after filling. Regarding control and adjustment, there are two forms: PLC + buttons or touch screen. In addition, the machine can be matched with different star wheels and accessories for bottles of different shapes.
