Paper Cup Making Process: 

1. Paper Making Machine make paper roll. 

2. Flexo Printing Machine or Paper cup Printing machine to Paper roll 

3. Paper die-cutting machine to make paper fan which is paper body

4. We use electrical heater or Evergreen Ultrasonic to send paper fan to the mould and sealing 

5. At the same time, the paper bottom automatic cut to round type and sent to the mould 

    Together with paper fan. 

6. Preheat the bottom, heat again the bottom, and curling the top edge of the cup 

7. Sealing the bottom and body strongly, Knurling the bottom. 

8. Discharging finished paper cup automatically from moulds. Sending to the collector and be coll  ected and piled and count automatically. Each 50pcs or 100pcs, we can set alarm, so easy to collect
