| Description | smd-90 paper cup machine is a high gram paper cup shaping machine, it runs a whole procedure of the paper feeding, gluing, oiling, and bottom punching, heating, rolling, rounding, and tripping.It is an automatic machine you can control the speed according to the production! For a better cup body and bottom connection, it used ultrasonic and two hot air for heating, the heating phase into three steps, advanced technology allowed facility more safty both on itself and operator.It is an ideal equipment to make the paper cups for hot drink, cold drink, and ice cream paper cups. |
1. photoelectric tracking can check every part and report.It can detect the cup rim and cup bottom.such as unstuck stain,broke,curl.Imported from Japan
2. 2sets of original hot air system guarantee the stability of heating.Imported fom Switzerland by Leister.
3. Servo motor control the gap of the bottom-paper within 0.1mm.And it will not skew,keep the distance same between the two sides of the bottom-paper.From Taiwan by TECO.
4. camera system can inspect the cup situation.If the cup is standard,it will blow into this tube,the defective production will blow into this tube.
5. Automatic Oil lubrication system for the machien’s moving parts,which is very useful,cause the worker don’t have to operate it every day,It save many time ang promote the efficiency and the life of the machine.
