2, Mixed storage solution (material box+Sichuan style plastic pallet)
Bottom moisture-proof design
Placing the material box directly on the ground can prevent the bottom goods from getting damp, especially suitable for humidity sensitive goods. The feet of the material box should be aligned with the crossbeam of the shelf, and if necessary, welded steel plates or I-shaped grids can be added to distribute pressure.
Optimization configuration of Sichuan style tray
Structural characteristics: The three longitudinal support beams at the bottom of the Sichuan style plastic tray can evenly distribute weight, with a dynamic load capacity of 1.5-2 tons and a static load of 4-6 tons, suitable for storage in medium and high-rise buildings.
Reinforcement measures: Install I-shaped or Wangzi grid trays below the second and third layers of pallets to enhance stability, especially suitable for scenarios where pallet specifications are not uniform or the load capacity is insufficient.
3, Other precautions
Safety regulations: It is necessary to follow the principle of "placing light goods at the top and heavy goods at the bottom" to avoid being top heavy; When operating a forklift, handle it gently to prevent it from hitting the shelves.
Maintenance inspection: Regularly check the tightness of shelf bolts and the condition of beams/columns to ensure structural safety.
