Steel pallets are an indispensable type of storage equipment in modern logistics transportation.
Due to its metallic material, steel pallets are also known as iron pallets or steel pallets, mainly used for the transportation of goods and storage of columns.
Steel pallets are generally divided into two-way forks and four-way forks.
The steel tray with two-way fork is generally welded from a 100 * 25 M-shaped steel panel with two or three 50 * 100 * 1.5 large tubes. The panel usually has gaps and anti-collision rectangular tubes are added on both sides. If the goods are too small or too heavy, the panel can also be left without gaps.
The steel tray with four-way fork needs to be replaced with a 60 * 40 rectangular square tube at the bottom of the large tube compared to the two-way fork tray to leave a gap for easy side entry into the forklift.
The dynamic load of general steel pallets is 1 ton, 2 tons, and the maximum can reach 4 tons. The normal static load is five or six tons.
