UU9.8 Common Mode Line Filter Choke Inductor Vertical Through Hole EMI Filter
The UU9.8 common mode line filter is a compact dual-winding choke built on a UU9.8 ferrite core, designed to suppress common mode EMI/RFI noise on AC or DC power lines while keeping differential (signal) current virtually unaffected. With a small PCB footprint, high common mode impedance and a UL recognized bobbin & insulation system, it is a proven noise-filtering solution for switching power supplies, LED drivers, inverters, UPS, chargers, home appliances and industrial control boards.
Every unit is wound and tested in our own factory. Full customization (OEM & ODM) is available: inductance, wire gauge, pin configuration, creepage distance, tape/varnish and marking can all be built to your drawing. Drawings within 3 days, samples within 7 days, MOQ only 100 pcs.

Q1: What does a UU9.8 common mode choke actually do?
It presents high impedance to common mode noise current (flowing in the same direction on both lines) while the magnetic fields of the differential working current cancel each other. Result: EMI is attenuated with almost no loss to your power delivery.
