Product Overview
This production line is engineered specifically to overcome the sensitive processing characteristics of PET material. PET is prone to hydrolysis, and its melt viscosity is extremely sensitive to temperature variations. Our integrated deep dehumidification drying system and high-precision extrusion temperature control module ensure ultra-low raw material moisture content (≤50ppm) and uniform, stable melt temperature (±1°C). This creates the ideal processing environment for PET, forming the foundation for excellent product mechanical properties, high clarity, and stable output rates—enabling true mastery of PET's processing window.
