PET is prone to hydrolysis, and its melt viscosity is extremely sensitive to temperature variations. Our integrated deep dehumidification drying system and high-precision extrusion temperature control module ensure ultra-low raw material moisture content (≤50ppm) and uniform, stable melt temperature (±1°C). This creates the ideal processing environment for PET, forming the foundation for excellent product mechanical properties, high clarity, and stable output rates—enabling true mastery of PET's processing window.
