Product Description
CHM Machinery's computerized high-precision single rotary sheeter is specifically designed for paper mills, paper distributors, and printing houses. This advanced machine enhances slitting capacity while ensuring superior quality output.
The single-drum sheeter features a "Top blade rotary, bottom blade fixed" flying shear design. During paper transport, the lower blade remains stationary while the upper blade rotates continuously at high speed. The AC servo-driven control system ensures accurate and stable cutting performance.
This versatile machine handles paper weights from 60 to 550 gsm. For thin paper as light as 30 grams, it can simultaneously cut 8-12 rolls at speeds up to 100 cuts per minute. CHM Machinery's expertise ensures reliable performance with both thick and thin paper materials.
