This high-performance paper sheeter features top and bottom tool aprons for precise cutting of thick paper. With a cutting speed of 300m/min and gram range of 40-1000g, it can simultaneously cut up to 4 rolls of heavy paper (200g+), significantly improving work efficiency and production capacity.
The double rotary knife system utilizes flying shear cutting (synchronous/variable speed cutting) that adjusts knife speed during paper conveyance to ensure perfect synchronization. This advanced technology delivers fiber-less, clean cuts with high dimensional precision, eliminating paper hair and allowing direct printing without secondary processing.
