Product Specification

Brief Introduction
Wide width bottom seal model CW-1400FB machine specially designed for heavy duty LDPE and HDPE liner bags. The technology used here is quite different from the regular smaller width bottom seal machine.
The sealing of the film is done by a wire seal system which gives a very strong seal.
The cutting is done through a mechanically driven rotary flying knife. The setting of the cutting knife is much simpler compared to the Shear (scissor type) knife used on regular bottom seal machine.

Technical Variable:

Unwind device

   The unwinding tension is an active feeding type, and the tension is controlled by a frequency converter. The speed can be changed automatically with the change of the roll diameter.

  The material roll can be tube film or tube film with the gusset. The raw material can be HD, LD, LLD and recycled materials.

Auto collection table 

  The collection table will move automatically when the count reaches the set value, one entire batch output,which is convenient for collection and packaging.

  The collecting table is driven by an AC motor, and the speed of the collecting table is controlled by a inverter.
