The multi-hole precision nozzle and precision-machined plunger work in concert to produce finely atomized fuel spray, optimizing combustion efficiency and supporting stable power output across rated loads ranging from 1250–1500 kW. A multi-layer sealing architecture prevents leak-back under continuous high-pressure injection, while the direct engine mount configuration preserves original equipment geometry and injector gap settings as defined in the 3512B service manual. This injector accepts 10R-7148, 126-4567, 9X-1234, 359-5469A, and 10R-7148A cross references, making it a versatile service replacement for global engine maintenance operations.
Installation requires torque calibration to 70–75 Nm using a 12 mm high-pressure steel fuel line connection, and individual replacement mandates recalibration per factory service specifications. Routine maintenance should include spray pattern inspection every 500 hours, nozzle cleaning with approved solvent, and seal replacement at each servicing interval to maintain rated injection performance and protect the 3512B power assembly.
