This injector is widely applied across the 320D, 320D L, 320D2, 321D, 323D, 324D, and 325D excavators, as well as generator sets, loader platforms, and various industrial power units. Prior to installation, verify the injector number 10R-7668, inspect fuel lines, clean the injector seat, and replace the sealing washer. During installation, remove the old injector, clean the bore, install a new copper washer, insert the injector vertically, tighten to OEM torque specifications, reconnect the fuel rail and electrical harness, bleed the fuel system, and run an ECM diagnostic check. Use only new sealing washers, clean diesel fuel, and OEM fuel filters to maintain injector correction values and extend service life.
