Applications:
It is suitable to pack sticky material, especially for tobacco honey, Shisha. The process of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and dating can be done automatically. Swveral kinds of heat-seal lamination, such as PER/PE, PET/FOIL/PE, NYLON/PE.
Features:
◊All stainless steel cover is SS304, and it meets to GMP stantard, CE standard and food grade.
◊The process of bag making, measruing, filling, sealing, cutting, counting is controlled by American INTEL computer. All functions are displayed on the digital screen.
◊Automatic adjustment of filling range and speed, it is easy to operate.
◊Equipped with mixer in the hopper to guarantee smoothly feeding, avoild sediment.
◊The special designed feeding screw can control the filling range and make sure it is accurate. Meanwhile, it adopts pneumatic pushing device to help feeding.
◊Automatic self-support lubricating system, the machine can work 24 hours.
◊Special sealing line makes the packing beautiful, strong, no leakage, and there is no material in the sealing area of the bag to keep long quality guarantee period.
◊Minumum sealing temparature variation employs PID temperature and correct the temperature by itself, the tolerance is controlled by ±2°c.
◊Automatic photocell tracking system can track eye mark to keep designs completely.
◊Exhaust device is as an option.
