The journey begins with ten sets of advanced automatic weaving machines operating around the clock to produce premium fiberglass matting. This base material is then enhanced for optimal performance through our composite stage, where two dedicated machines integrate short chopped fibers with the mat. This crucial step significantly enhances resin impregnation during application, resulting in stronger bonds and improved end-product quality.
Finally, our ten dedicated UV liner production lines take over, for perfect curing of the product with ultraviolet technology during installations. This efficient system achieves a maximum daily productivity of 1.3 kilometers per working day, ensuring we can reliably meet both high-volume demands and tight deadlines.
From raw glass to finished liner, our controlled and scalable process is designed to deliver a product that excels in both performance and processing efficiency for our customers in the trenchless repair of underground pipelines worldwide.
