High Precision & Low Backlash Made of 20CrMnTi carburized and quenched hardened steel with precision gear grinding technology for tight gear meshing. Single-stage backlash ≤10 arcmin, double-stage backlash ≤15 arcmin, eliminating transmission clearance and positioning deviation. It supports high-frequency accurate positioning and repeated motion to meet high-precision operation requirements.
High Rigidity & Heavy Load Capacity Adopts an optimized planetary load-sharing structure with multi-tooth simultaneous meshing for uniform force distribution, stronger rigidity and excellent impact resistance. The maximum output torque reaches 10N·m, greatly improving load capacity compared with ordinary reducers of the same size, ensuring strong and stable power output under medium and high load conditions.

The maximum transmission efficiency reaches 96% with low energy consumption.
