Product Description
Galvanized spacer is a metal fastener used in facade engineering, mainly for connecting, sealing, and dispersing stress.Carbon steel Q235 is usually used, which has good strength and toughness.By using hot-dip galvanizing process (temperature 450-480 ℃) to form a zinc layer, excellent anti-corrosion performance is provided.
Features
1.The zinc layer isolates corrosive media and protects the substrate by sacrificing the anode when damaged
2.The service life can reach more than 15 years in humid or industrial environments, which is significantly longer than ordinary spacer (corroded within 5 years)
