Anti-corrosion and Easy Installation Aluminum Rail for Facade Support System
The special aluminum rail for ceramic brick facade is a horizontal load-bearing component of ventilated ceramic brick facade systems. It is designed to support ceramic tiles or ceramic bricks and is fixed to the vertical main rail. The material used is 6063-T5/6063-T6 architectural extruded aluminum alloy, which is a standard grade in the curtain wall industry.
Standard surface treatment includes anodizing (original color brushed finish), with powder coating and PVDF coating also available. The anodized film enhances salt spray corrosion resistance for improved durability.

Ventilation Curtain Wall Adaptation: When paired with vertical framing, creates a ventilation cavity between wall panels and structure, facilitating drainage, heat dissipation, and reducing condensation to protect the main structure.
Construction and Maintenance Advantages: Long materials cut to fixed lengths for on-site assembly; dry hanging construction eliminates wet work; individual ceramic boards can be independently disassembled and replaced for convenient maintenance.
