Anti-corrosion and Easy Installation Aluminum Bracket for Facade Support System
The L-shaped corner bracket serves as the core connecting component of aluminum support systems, featuring a right-angled design with dimensions of 50mm×60mm. Manufactured from high-grade 6063-T5/6063-T6 aluminum alloy extruded profiles, these brackets offer exceptional strength and corrosion resistance, making them ideal for demanding overseas projects and harsh environmental conditions.
Product Features
Specification Structure
L-shaped right angle adapter with wing dimensions of 50mm × 60mm. The profile is extruded as a single piece and can be processed with oval adjustment holes to achieve horizontal and vertical bi-directional adjustment, accommodating construction errors and temperature deformation.
Material Performance
Constructed from 6063-T5/6063-T6 aluminum alloy, providing lightweight yet robust performance that meets curtain wall stress requirements. Resistant to atmospheric corrosion, ensuring long-term outdoor use without rust water pollution to panels.
Surface Treatment
Standard natural anodizing with optional powder coating and fluorocarbon coating available to meet anti-corrosion requirements for coastal high salt spray environments.
Thickness Selection
Available in conventional thicknesses: 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm, selected according to grid size and wind load requirements.
Installation Advantages
Functions as a flexible adapter component that avoids concentration of hard contact stress. Equipped with stainless steel fasteners and nylon locking nuts to effectively prevent vibration loosening.
