Anti-corrosion Customized Facade Joint for Facade Support System
This facade joint is specifically designed for 18mm facade support systems as a connection component, commonly referred to as the T18-type aluminum alloy terracotta clip in the industry (also part of the SE-type ear/composite support system). The main body is formed by extruding 6063-T6 aluminum alloy and undergoes anodized surface treatment, paired with EPDM rubber shock-absorbing strips, serving as the core load-bearing component of the terracotta support system.
Product Features
Lightweight and High-Strength: Aluminum alloy has low density and light weight, effectively reducing the overall load of the facade. With a tensile strength of ≥240MPa and flexible buffering provided by rubber strips, it can absorb stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction or seismic displacement, preventing ceramic panels from cracking or falling off.
Corrosion-Resistant and Long-Lasting: The anodized aluminum alloy surface, paired with aging-resistant EPDM strip, exhibits strong resistance to acids, alkalis, salt spray, and UV rays. Maintenance-free and suitable for harsh environments such as coastal areas and highly polluted zones.
