Product Description
This is an L-shaped right-angle connecting bracket formed by extrusion. It is featured by a fine, anti-slip tooth pattern on the surface and elongated adjustment waist holes. The tooth pattern enhances friction to prevent slippage under load, while the elongated holes provide horizontal adjustment clearance to accommodate deviations in civil construction and profile installation.Fully formed without welding, this will eliminate welding stress and corrosion risks. It adopts 6063-T5 or 6063-T6 as its material,giving attention to strength, toughness, and processability and excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion, which is suitable for long-term outdoor use on building exteriors, with surface treatments such as anodizing and powder coating.
Features
1. Anti slip tooth pattern design
The contact surface teeth are interlocked, effectively resisting shear force after locking the nut, reducing the risk of sliding between the corner bracket and the profile, improving the overall structural stability of the curtain wall, and adapting to external wall wind loads.
2.Advantages of 6063-T5 /T6 material
The material is lightweight and strong enough to meet the load of facade; Good weather resistance, the oxide film can resist rainwater and ultraviolet rays, and is not easy to rust; Moderate thermal conductivity, suitable for insulated facade systems; Easy to extrude and machine, supports customized sizes.
3.Integrated extrusion molding
