Product Description
This is a T-shaped facade aluminum clip belonging to the transition component of curtain wall back bolt/panel facade support system. It is integrally extruded into a T-shaped structure without welding nodes, avoiding the risk of welding stress concentration and weld corrosion fracture. The mechanical properties of the profile are uniform.It adopts 6063-T5 as the material with the feature of moderate strength, good toughness, and resistance to atmospheric corrosion, making it suitable for long-term outdoor service of exterior walls.
Features
1. Anti-slip tooth pattern design
The meshing of the supporting surface teeth greatly increases the frictional resistance, resists wind loads and shear slippage caused by self weight, enhances the safety of the exterior wall system, and is suitable for high-rise curtain wall projects.
