The RCYB-6 Permanent Magnetic Iron Remover is specially designed for brick plant applications and works seamlessly with brick making machines, clay brick making machines, and complete brick production line systems. It effectively removes ferrous contaminants from raw materials such as clay, shale, coal gangue, and fly ash - common feedstocks in brick manufacturing.
By using high-performance neodymium permanent magnets, this iron remover operates without any external power supply, 24/7. With a compact structure and light weight (385 kg), it can be easily suspended above belt conveyors. Installation and maintenance are extremely simple, making it the ideal choice for brick plants that want to reduce equipment damage and improve final brick quality.
