Brictec Tunnel Kiln Solid Fuel Burner meets operational requirements for various solid fuels including petroleum coke, pulverized coal, coconut shell, rice husk, and biomass. Complete Automated System

Hardware: Fuel storage silo, metering belt scale, fuel crusher, screw conveyor, dryer, dust collector, chain conveyor, and solid fuel burner. Software: Data acquisition unit, data analysis and processing unit, control unit, and feedback adjustment unit.
Application Versatility
Ideal for high-temperature carbonization calcination of synthetic graphite anode materials and carbonization tunnel kilns for lithium-ion battery anode materials and graphite precursors. Compatible with traditional brick and tile tunnel kilns with minimal modifications required.
