Vertical Double Helix Vacuum Extruder is a core forming equipment in clay sintered brick production, mainly used to extrude homogenized clay materials into brick blanks with specific cross-sectional shapes.
Vertical double helix structure: Two screw shafts arranged vertically, rotating in opposite or same directions to apply continuous extrusion and shearing forces on materials, ensuring uniform mixing and air discharge.
Vacuum system: A vacuum chamber removes air bubbles from materials (typically with a vacuum degree of -0.08MPa to -0.095MPa) to improve brick blank density.
Mold components: Replaceable extrusion molds determine brick blank shapes (standard bricks, perforated bricks, hollow bricks) for different product requirements.
