Single Layer Drying Process
Our single-layer drying chamber technology features advanced up-down frame automation system, ideal for production lines with raw materials of poor drying sensitivity (such as high fly ash content) or for special-shaped products with high hollow rates.
This system effectively prevents cracks and defects caused by green brick stacking.
This drying chamber adapts to most raw materials and product types, requires fewer workers, and delivers excellent drying quality. However, it involves larger investment and greater technical complexity.
We provide complete technology design, construction, supervision, and guidance for brick factories with production capacities ranging from 30 million to 120 million pieces annually (based on Chinese standard brick specifications).
