Clay Brick Tunnel Kiln Cooling Fan & Pressure Balance Blower
The reasonable thermal parameters of the tunnel kiln are controlled by several fans.
Rapid cooling air curtain produced by the rapid cooling fan, which can divide the tunnel kiln into 2 parts.
As long as the heat recovery of the tunnel kiln is combined with the cooling technology, the clean and dry hot air can be effectively recovered which can be as the drying medium in the cooling zone of tunnel the kiln.
After calculation and testing in practice, the heat recovered by the cooling zone that can account for 40% of the total heat consumption in the tunnel kiln, which can meet the needs of the dryer
Energy saving, high efficiency, smoke separation and smokeless drying can be as a true in the practice.
Smoke exhaust fan
Located at the head of the kiln.
It can make the airflow moving toward the kiln head by eliminating water vapor, exhaust gas, and flue gas in the pre-heat of the tunnel kiln; Its function is to have the kiln reaches the negative pressure between the pre-heat zone and the firing zone, and directly control the air moving of the kiln.
Rapid cooling fan
The cooling air curtain produced by the rapid cooling fan effectively cuts off the reverse air flow from the insulation area to the cooling area, having the adjustment of the smoke exhaust system work smoother.
The rapid cooling greatly improves the mechanical properties and the appearance of the brick; Heat exchanged between fast-cooling air and hot bricks/blocks then generatated the hot air which is easier for recovering.
After heat recovery fan
Recovery the after-heat of the high hot air and low hot air from the cooling section of the tunnel kiln.
Cooling fan under the kiln cart: balance the pressure between upper and bottom of the kiln cart, it cools the kiln cart by blowing air to the steel structure, and then heat-exchanged hot air will flow to the kiln head and the kiln tail.
Back pressure fan
Located at the end of the kiln and blow cold air to cool the finished.
