Working Process of Cleaning equipment for brick tunnel kiln car China Supplier Kiln Cart Sweeper:
① After the kiln car stops at the cleaning position, the lifting dust suction unit extends to the working height. Meanwhile, the suction system and rolling brush start operating, removing dust from the kiln car surface and gaps.
② When the moving assembly reaches the end of the kiln car, cleaning is completed. The dust suction unit lifts up, then moves together with the roller brush to the next kiln car. The suction unit extends again to start the next cycle.
③ Collected dust is stored in the ash hopper and discharged regularly into a collection box via an electric discharger.
