Clay Brick Double Shaft Raw Material Mixer
Integrated Extruding & Mixing Design: Combines double shaft stirring and spiral extruding functions in one unit, completing raw material mixing, kneading and compacting in one go, greatly simplifying the raw material processing flow, reducing equipment investment and floor space, and improving production efficiency.
Heavy-Duty Wear-Resistant Structure: The main shaft is made of high-quality forged alloy steel, and the stirring blades are made of high-hardness wear-resistant materials, which can withstand long-term continuous heavy-load operation, with excellent impact resistance, wear resistance and long service life.
High Uniformity Mixing Effect: The double shafts rotate in opposite directions, and the specially designed spiral stirring blades form a three-dimensional stirring flow in the mixing chamber, which can fully turn over, shear and mix raw materials, ensuring uniform mixing of raw materials and water, and consistent raw material performance throughout the production line.
