Auto clay brick cutter machine
The platform of brick cutter is made from hard stainless steel, wear-resisting for the brick column friction, this platform has features such as: long using life, less sticking to the mud, less oil consumption up to 30%, easy replacement after worn, avoiding reporting as worthless for the whole machine, vertical cutting surface, without waste bricks, fully automatic operation, high efficiency, and program controlled.
The machine has a special system to avoid deviation movement, it does not need to be adjusted, the roller is made from stainless steel and will arrive at designed position automatically to avoid wasting bricks. The platform saves oil up to 70% to 100% comparing to ordinary brick cutter.
The pushing plate is also made from stainless steel, with the features of wear resistance, and 3 times of using life comparing to ordinary brick cutter.
The machine is automatic, without any operation during work, it does not need manual operation, saving manpower and increasing work efficiency.
The maximum pushing frequency of the pushing plate is 41 times/minute, and can cut double columns and tall blocks.
