YY(Q)W series oil fired thermal oil boiler is an safe and energy saving boiler with working characteristics of low working pressure (0.8 MPa) and high temperature (330℃).
The heat carrier is heat conduction oil, the circulating pump force heat transfer medium circulating in liquid phrase, and transfer heat to heat user equipment, then return to the heating furnace for reheating. Jinzhen Boiler has a mature R&D and design team, could customize the boilers based on customers’ requirement.

Thermal Oil Boiler For Hot Press takes diesel, gas, town gas as fuel. Three pass and wet back structure enhance it's thermal efficiency and lower flue gas temperature. Thicker insulated material layer makes radiating at minimum limit.
All boilers are assembly structure which is easy for installation by just connecting system device by pipes. Intelligent system control makes boiler operation easier and more simple. The heat resistance temperature of grate is related to the grate material, the highest temperature could be as high as 1100℃, and the lower temperature could be 700℃.
