Flexible Cloth Lift Door Stacked Hangar Door
1. The flexible lift door (stacked hangar door) is a kind of flexible soft curtain gate with two layers of door fabrics inside and outside. The door fabrics are connected by aluminum beams. They are vertically lifted and have movable guide rails.
2. Product structure composition:
Door frame, guide rail (movable guide rail), door cloth, aluminum beam, top frame beam, bottom beam, sealing system, drive and transmission system, electrical control system and safety device, etc.
3. Features of the product:
1) Light weight. Compared with other types of gates of the same specification, the flexible lift gate (stacked hangar gate) has the lightest weight, which reduces the strength and rigidity requirements of the truss on the top of the door opening.
2) Small space occupied. Compared with the Vera-type hangar doors of the same specification, the flexible lift gates (stacked hangar doors) are installed inside the opening and pile up above the opening after opening, and do not occupy indoor space. The large-span opening can be equipped with multiple movable guide rails to divide the entire gate into several independent stacked doors.
3) Reasonable layout. The flexible lift gate (stacked hangar door) has movable guide rails, which can be set according to the specific conditions of the gate.
4) High wind resistance. The flexible lifting gate (stacked hangar door) has aluminum beams as wind-resistant framework between the two layers of cloth, and a steel truss at the bottom. By adjusting the thickness and spacing of the beams, it can basically resist any intensity of wind pressure, so the flexible lifting gate can be used in any area.
5) The good tensile strength
Double-layer polyester fiber cloth, which has extremely high tensile strength. At the same time, it is equipped with steel wire ropes and can be applied to ultra-high openings, such as rocket assembly and storage.
6) The surface of the door cloth is coated with vinyl coating, which has waterproof, sun-proof and flame-retardant properties, and can absorb sound, reduce noise, flame-retardant, heat preservation, mildew &Moisture proof etc.
7) High security. There are multiple mechanical and electrical protection installations on the gate to ensure the safety of passing people, vehicles, aircraft and other items.
The door body is equipped with an anti-breaking lock to ensure safety. In case the wire rope accidentally breaks, the door body will quickly get stuck at any position of the guide rail.
The movable rail is also equipped with an anti-falling device, which can ensure that the movable rail is reliably parked on the top of the hole without falling.
The bottom of the gate is equipped with an airbag, and when the gate encounters an obstacle during the descending process, it will rebound and rise immediately until it opens safely.
An infrared protection device can also be installed on the gate.
