Replaceable Fan Filter Module for Pharmaceutical Food Processing Cleanroom
For GMP standard pharmaceutical or food processing industries, in order to ensure the product quality, it`s very important to keep air environment. Cleanroom from class 10 to class 1000 are very common in those industries.
Fan filter module is the most necessary equipment for cleanroom, it`s be installed on the ceiling grid, fan filter unit consist of housing and HEPA. A fan filter module can service a long time to 10 years, the HEPA filter can be used for 2-3 years. It means the HEPA filters should be replaced by several time during the fan filter module life.
It`s very conveniently to replace HEPA filter for fan filter module, only lift the housing and take out the old HEPA filters. The old HEPA filters will become dark on the air inlet side. It`s the time to replace HEPA filter when HEPA filter resistance become triple of initial resistance. After replace the HEPA filters, cleanrooms include the ceiling grid should be cleaned totally until the cleanroom is quite clean. Because there maybe some dust in the corner. Extra dust may cause the HEPA filters take unnecessary duty for dust holding and reduce the service life.
