Silent Hood is a filter for final filtration for clean room, THis filters are used in pharmaceuticla, microelectronic industries requiring a strict controlled environment. The filters are available from H 13 to H14 ratings with MPPS 99.95% to 99.995%. The media packes are constructed by pleating to form a media pleat symmetry by "Controlled Media Spacing(CMS) to ensures a uniform airflow through the entire surface of the filter.
The media performance with intermediate hotmelt separators are to ensure uniform pleat spacing and to form a rigid selfj-supported media pack. The media pack is permanently sealed to the filter frame of the module with a solid polyurethane sealant. The frame is made from extruded and anodised aluminium with the top connection spigot available in diameters of 305mm or 250 mm depending on the model. The gaskekt seal is seamless polyurethane gasket applied to its frame to eliminate the risk of air bypass.
Every filter is individually tested and certified accordance with EN 1822: 2009 with a separate Scan Test protocol and serialized on the product lable.
