Drop Test Machine for Package Drop Test is used for evaluating the damage and impact resistance when handling and carrying a package, it is to do a free fall test for the area, angle and edge of the package. The tester equipped with a digital height display and decoder to do the height tracking, ensure to calculate a precision fall height, which the error has no greater than 2% or 10mm. The tester use single arm and double column structure, which can electric reset, electronic control and electronic lifting device, easy using and easy to set the sample.

Operating procedures
1,Connection: connect the random power line to the three-phase power supply and connect it to the ground. The control box and the test machine are also used randomly.
2 ,Fall height adjustment: open the mainframe power supply, set the test height (method as follows), press the rise key to reach the set height; if stop in the midway, it must make it reach the set height before the reverse operation command can be executed;
3,Put the object on the work table and fix it with a fixed pole.
4,Press the rising key to raise the measured object to the set height.
5,Press the drop key to cause the working table to detached from the object in an instant, and the measured object is free to fall.
6,Press the reset button to restore the working state of the worktable.
7,Repeat the above steps if the test is repeated.
8,After testing: press the lower key to turn the work table to the lowest position to turn off the power button.
