ISTA 3A Free-fall Drop Test Machine, Drop Tester for Package and cartons is used to measure the dropping impact incidence when the package in using, transportation and decorating. asli strictly ensure the accuracy. Besides precision plane drop testing, it also can undertake edge and angle test to ensure the complete performance evaluation for the package.
During the products handling or transport process, there may be drop/ fall, which results in damage within the products. And this Drop Tester simulates the drop/ fall of a finished product to evaluate the damage. All the rhombohedrons, angles and faces of the products can be tested.

Drop Test Instrument Features:
1 Mobile Phone Free Drop Test Machine, Electric Drop Tester available for package face, corner, edge free drop testing.
2 With height digital display instrument and tracing height with encoder, so can measure the precision drop height.
3 The drop height tolerance within 2% or 10mm;
4 Adopt pneumatic structure, fix the specimen with special fixture (range adjustable), push the drop button, pneumatic cylinder open, specimen free dropping . The drop height controllable, and with height steel ruler which makes drop height available.
2.1) Equipment Structure:
WARNING: This must be positioned at lowest point on vertical to achieve 2.1 metre max height.

1.Independent power line: AC380V+/-10% ; 50/60Hz ; 4m² Copper Wire.
2.External Dimension: Length 1700xWidth 1200xHeight 2200mm
3.Install a independent no fuse switch(air switch 15A) at the end of the power line.
4.Air source requirement: no requirement.
Reserve 70cm channel each on left, right and back side, 130cm channel on the front side for usage of maintenance and cooling of the machine. Meanwhile the machine should be under room temperature (25±5℃)and with good ventilation.Strongly advise to install air conditioner and ventilation devices.
