Rain system

System structure

In order to ensure long-term clean waterway, when the rainwater test is stopped, the water in the water pipe will automatically return to the water tank. The drip tray will be squeezed by compressed air to squeeze out the water, so that there is no water in the water pipe and the drip head to prevent long-term idle. Road water body corruption caused by blockage;

Since the test will generate a large amount of rainwater flow, the rainwater falling from the test will be collected centrally through the overflow port at the bottom of the inner box working chamber, and recycled through the filter.

Drainage floor drain

There are drainage ditch and drainage hole at the bottom of the test box. After the rain test, the accumulated water enters the sedimentation tank and is filtered and used again. The drainage ditch is level with the ground and does not affect the bearing weight of the test box floor and the ingress and exit of test products.

Water pressure flow control method

The closed-loop feedback control system consists of a water pressure sensor, a water flow sensor, a controller, an electromagnetic valve, an AD drive module, a frequency converter, and a water pressure flow regulating pump. The PID control
