Important Notices
Use a Compatible Charger: Always use a charger specifically designed for Lithium Titanate (LTO) batteries with the correct charging voltage and current settings. Using an incompatible charger may reduce battery performance or cause permanent damage.
Prevent Short Circuits: Never allow the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals to come into contact with metal objects or conductive materials. A short circuit may generate excessive heat, damage the battery, or create a safety hazard.
Avoid Fire and High Temperatures:
Keep the battery away from open flames, sparks, and heat sources
Do not incinerate or expose the battery to temperatures above the specified operating limits
Do not place the battery in water or expose it to corrosive chemicals
Professional Battery Pack Assembly: When assembling multiple LTO Battery Cells into battery packs, it is recommended to:
Use matched cells with similar voltage and capacity
Integrate a compatible BMS for protection and cell balancing
Follow appropriate electrical and thermal management practices
Have battery pack assembly performed by qualified personnel
Do Not Disassemble or Modify: Do not open, puncture, crush, modify, or attempt to repair the battery cell. Unauthorized modifications may compromise safety and void product warranties.
