Heat transfer labels (also known as HEAT SEAL and TAG LESS) are among the most popular labels on the apparel market. Widely used in brand name, swimwear, sports, dance clothing, underwear, baby clothing to brand labels, labels for thermal transfer printing are very popular.
The material of the thermal transfer label is usually silicone or ink.Silicone is harmless, safe and non-toxic to the human body, the "multi-color one-piece molding process" can be used to make the appearance more colorful.
Silicone heat transfer process is widely used in the textile and garment industry, because the material of silica gel is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, and can directly contact the skin to manufacture fine clothing. After the pattern is printed or molded, the transfer pattern is placed on the surface of the object to be transferred such as a fabric (cloth sheet), and then pressed by a heat press machine or an electric iron for a few seconds, the pattern is transferred. On the object, it is convenient and quick to fall off. Can be used in ready-to-wear, or other fabrics.

Press Time: 15-20S
Tearing Method : Hot or Cool Peel
