Garbage compactor truck is a kind of refuse garbage truck specially designed for collecting, compressing, transporting and disposing of urban solid wastes. It adopts PLC one key controlling system and is made of high quality carbon steel with full-sealed welding structure, which is featured with high strength, light weight, non second pollution and other advantages. The working principle is that the wastes is pressured and pushed into the wastes van by the truck mounted wastes propeller (also called negative pressure mechanism), so that making the wastes distributing into the tank evenly and higher density and till full. The garbage compactor truck is shipped in two parts. First, the cab and the compactor are mounted on a flatbed trailer. The trailer is secured to the flatbed with four straps and two chains.
The second part is the engine and the hydraulic system. They are packaged in a wooden crate and secured with four straps. This crate is also secured to the flatbed with two chains.
The entire package is then secured with a tarpaulin and strapped to the flatbed. This ensures that the package is secure and will not move during transport.
