1. The food industry thickener and stabilizer: used in ice cream, yogurt, jelly, sauce, etc., improve the texture and taste. Water retention agent: maintain moisture in breads, cakes, prolong shelf life. Emulsifier: help oil-water mixture, such as salad sauce, vegetable protein drinks. Sugar-free food: as a dietary fiber to add, replace part of sugar .
